Lasertryk A/S is arguably one of Denmark’s most recognized e-commerce and entrepreneurial success stories of the past 20 years. Anders and Esben, the two founders, developed an early interest in print products and began by delivering them to nightclubs.
From there, things took off, and today LaserTryk is the leading printing company in Europe. Through dozens of acquisitions, they have managed to strengthen and expand their market position.
Their business is now powered by a strong, custom-built e-commerce platform.
Solution
The first thing I did was set up dashboards in DashThis for my own use. Through the dashboard, I could closely monitor the development of Lasertryk’s Facebook advertising.
With a relatively high repeat-purchase rate, it was important for me to increase transparency so we could sell more to new customers, rather than just increasing sales to existing ones.
Since then, I have contributed input to their digital team and continuously worked to push the bar for their e-commerce performance.
Without revealing too much, their ROAS — the return generated from advertising — is among the best results I have seen to date.
