Short introduction

The Burger Concept is a rapidly growing burger chain. Today, the chain consists of 9 locations and plans to have over 20 within a few years. From day one, the chain has been focused on running everything digitally, meaning they had to make sure all their online platforms were in order.

My task was to assist the chain in setting up Google My Business and to ensure that their online advertising — including Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads — was in place.

The chain has aimed to be number one in terms of quality, while also ensuring that the meal is affordable for everyone.

Solution

I’m proud to be part of this journey. Morten and Simon have become close friends of mine, and it has been a pleasure to witness true entrepreneurship from the sidelines.

From day one, I built a digital dashboard across all channels to ensure full control of their advertising. We have had a clear digital strategy for each city we enter. In addition, we have focused on maintaining strong SEO and having an overall digital strategy that supports both online ordering as well as email flows and SMS campaigns.

Today, we are active on all digital platforms, and we can clearly see the difference when we roll out campaigns on these platforms compared to doing nothing. Furthermore, we have had strong collaboration between our graphic designer and our online platforms to create a cohesive visual identity — including print materials.
