href=\"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/4ps-marketing-mix\/\">4 P\u2019s of the marketing mix.<\/a> Today, the focus is on the expansion of this model\u2014namely, the 7 P\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the first 4 P\u2019s (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion), three more P\u2019s have been added over time.<\/p>\n<p>These are particularly relevant for service-based businesses and the increasingly complex market we operate in today.<\/p>\n<p>The additional P\u2019s are: Physical Evidence, People, and Process.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-7827\" title=\"The 7 last three P\u2019s were added to the original four due to their relevance for service-based businesses, and physical evidence is a great example of this.<\/p>\n<p>Service businesses often deal with intangible offerings, making it essential to provide concrete elements that help consumers assess the company\u2019s credibility and whether it meets expectations.<\/p>\n<p>This can include everything from the physical environment and employee dress code to the design and packaging of any tangible elements associated with the service.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, how is the final product presented, and does it align with the brand image the company aims to establish in the minds of consumers?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"People\"><\/span>People<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>For service-based businesses, a strong focus on people\u2014the individuals who interact directly with customers\u2014is crucial.<\/p>\n<p>This interaction plays a key role in shaping the customer\u2019s experience with the company.<\/p>\n<p>Prioritizing service quality and employee competencies in customer interactions can help build a foundation for long-term customer loyalty.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/relationship-marketing\/\">A loyal customer base is one of the cornerstones of relationship marketing.
