{"id":8187,"date":"2023-03-14T11:48:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-14T10:48:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/hvad-er-blended-roas\/"},"modified":"2025-07-28T20:56:53","modified_gmt":"2025-07-28T18:56:53","slug":"blended-roas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/blended-roas\/","title":{"rendered":"What is blended ROAS?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To understand what \u201cBlended ROAS\u201d means, we first need to define what ROAS is.<\/p>\n<p>ROAS is one of those terms that is hard to avoid when discussing digital marketing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/digital-dictionary\/\">Read about other marketing terms in my digital dictionary here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Simply put, ROAS stands for \u201creturn on ad spend\u201d \u2013 in other words, the revenue you generate from the amount of money invested in marketing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A basic example:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spend on Google Ads: 10,000 DKK<\/li>\n<li>Revenue attributed to Google Ads: 50,000 DKK<\/li>\n<li>ROAS: 50,000 \/ 10,000 = 5<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the example above, the result is a ROAS of 5. That\u2019s why it can be useful to look at the bigger picture to assess the overall performance of your business.<\/p>\n<p>Blended ROAS is generally a solid metric to maintain an overview of your marketing efforts.<\/p>\n<p>However, it becomes truly interesting when you begin testing your Blended ROAS by adjusting the allocation of your spend across individual marketing channels.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To understand what \u201cBlended ROAS\u201d means, we first need to define what ROAS is.
