And what speaks against it?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Instagram is a brilliant platform\u2014if you&#8217;re willing to put time into it. This applies whether you&#8217;re a B2B or B2C business. If you&#8217;re ready to invest the time, it&#8217;s a platform with endless potential.<\/p>\n<p>As a webshop, it&#8217;s a great place to showcase products, run campaigns, and leverage <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/influencer-marketing-guide\/\">influencer marketing<\/a>. As a B2B company, it\u2019s a good way to give your audience a look behind the scenes. It&#8217;s especially effective for attracting new employees, as it allows you to show more personality.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But what speaks against it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If there&#8217;s anything that speaks against using Instagram for your business, it\u2019s if you don\u2019t actually use it. If it&#8217;s a platform you only update sporadically a couple of times a year, it can do more harm than good, in my opinion.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Instagram_as_an_advertising_platform\"><\/span>Instagram as an advertising platform<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No matter what kind of business you run, it\u2019s a good idea to test Instagram advertising. For that reason, it can be beneficial to also have an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mickyweis.com\/en\/get-more-followers-instagram\/\">Instagram<\/a> profile that users can click through to if they see your ads.<\/p>\n<p>However, your business still leaves a poor impression if the profile is not kept updated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So what are you saying, Micky? Should my business be on Instagram?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re willing to put in the necessary time, then yes\u2014be on Instagram and secure your business name.
