That's why I started reading.
Today, I love reading books – especially those that truly inspire me. Maybe it's because I now have the freedom to choose which books I want to read. It was probably different back when we were forced to analyze a poem by Tove Ditlevsen or go through the cubism style period – again.
I think it was Jim Rohn's quote that “got me hooked” a few years ago:
"The difference between where you are today and where you’ll be five years from now will be found in the quality of books you’ve read."
Since then, I've read a long list of books, watched video talks, and much more. I've tried to compile the very best books I've read below, and I've also given them a few lines of commentary – maybe you can find inspiration for some good books here – who knows?
