Company introduction
Luise and Karina are two of the most inspiring entrepreneurs I know. They are a powerhouse team, full of great ideas and positive energy. Their webshop, Molly & My, began as a fun idea in a summerhouse but has since grown into one of Denmark’s leading online shops for women’s and children’s clothing. Karina and Luise have done an outstanding job building a strong online presence across their social media channels, now boasting over 100,000 followers in total.
They have consistently excelled at discovering new products, selecting the right brands, and presenting them in an approachable way.
It has been a privilege to follow their journey and to be reminded that true entrepreneurship should be enjoyable, even though it is incredibly demanding.
Karina and Luise approached me because they felt it was time to accelerate their webshop sales further. They wanted enhanced management of their SEO and Facebook advertising as their budgets grew alongside their online sales.
My approach to the case
My role with Molly & My has been as a digital sparring partner. I have challenged their KPIs and their approach to online advertising. My task has been to stay ahead of the latest trends, teaching the team how SEO works and how they can continuously work to optimize their sales.
This way, they are not solely dependent on external partners such as consultants like myself or developers. We have implemented a robust SEO strategy using platforms such as Morningscore and Screaming Frog. Additionally, I created a dashboard through DashThis, which has contributed to greater oversight, especially as the Facebook budget grew by 100% month-over-month due to increased sales—particularly during the COVID-19 crisis, when webshop sales really took off.
I have also acted as the liaison between their email flows and their copywriting, ensuring that we consistently moved in the right direction and that tasks were not lost between teams. This became increasingly important as in-house resources grew limited, given the rapid pace at which the store expanded.

I start with your business. I look at your data—how can we take your current revenue or size to the next level?
- Are there potential growth hacks?
- Is everything set up correctly?
- Where can we scale, and what can we turn off?
These are the questions I ask myself and my clients, whom I truly consider as partners.
My journey with Micky Weis
Micky is one of the most ambitious people I have ever worked with. He knows everything there is to know about online marketing and growth hacking. We were fortunate to have him join Tattoodo to develop our online marketing strategy. The goal was to increase traffic on Tattoodo.com and build a Facebook and newsletter user base. The results were nothing short of amazing! In just three months, traffic on the site tripled. Our Facebook page grew from 2,500 to over 150,000 fans, and newsletter signups went from 0 to 75,000+. This growth was further highlighted when Tattoodo was featured on TechCrunch and KillerStartups. It’s a pleasure working with Micky, and I have learned so much from him. Any company looking to grow their online sales would be lucky to have him. I give him my highest recommendations.
