Myselfie is one of the more well-known cases from Dragon’s Den. As the company grew, management needed digital support—both for executing their advertising as budgets increased rapidly, and for KPI-level guidance to help steer the business.
Solution
To meet the investors’ demand for stronger data management, I took on the role of External CMO. I was responsible for setting up KPIs, dashboards, and board-level reporting.
In addition, I managed paid advertising across Facebook and Instagram, as well as LinkedIn—handling the entire process from campaign creation to the underlying strategy.
