Short introduction

Noella Fashion was founded by Lau, who has a keen eye for selecting the right styles and building an agile fashion business able to compete with some of the biggest brands in Denmark.

Lau reached out to me with a focus on scaling their digital advertising setup, as managing Facebook & Instagram ads had grown into a major task in-house. He wanted a setup supported by strong data reporting and a digital structure built for growth.

This led me to review their Google Analytics configuration and evaluate their historical performance across channels.

The Solution

I started by setting up an external dashboard to maintain a clear overview of Noella’s performance. Initially, I used Google Data Studio, but later switched to DashThis to simplify the visual overview. The key was to build a scalable setup that could support rapid growth.

Within a relatively short time, we scaled the budget by 10x – and the performance was among the best I’ve seen, largely thanks to Lau’s spot-on creative direction and strong content production. Their B2B segment also grew significantly, which Facebook and Instagram advertising supported extremely well. Recognized and popular products perform strongly in ads – and they’re exactly the kinds of products retailers want in their stores.
