Company introduction
Shaping New Tomorrow is probably one of the hottest Danish start-ups at the moment. Their ability to innovate an industry and set entirely new standards for content is extraordinary. I can’t take any credit for their online performance or advertising—my good friends in the industry, The Marketing Guy, deserve great praise for that.
However, I was lucky enough to join the case when Jacob, their Digital Marketing Manager, called me and asked if I would provide consulting on attribution, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. This is something I rarely say no to, especially for a case I have always followed with great interest.
My approach to the case
Jacob, Frederik, and I had a series of sessions where we collaborated on creating the strongest affiliate and influencer setup, especially across borders. We had valuable discussions about the differences between these two tools and how they can be used together effectively.
Additionally, we held several workshops focusing on attribution, which is generally very challenging to tackle, particularly as budgets continue to grow. I’m pleased that we were in strong agreement about the solutions we arrived at during these sessions.
Attribution is arguably the greatest challenge of modern times, and the solution is not straightforward. The collaboration I had with the team provided valuable perspectives on this issue. It was an incredibly rewarding case to be part of. Although it wasn’t a massive collaboration, it was exciting to get under the hood. Oh, how I love Danish entrepreneurship when it’s executed this well.

I base my approach on your business. I analyze your data—how can we take your current revenue or scale to the next level?
- Are there potential growth hacks?
- Is everything set up correctly?
- Where can we scale, and what can we turn off?
These are the questions I ask myself and my clients, whom I consider as partners.
My journey with Micky Weis
We have used Micky’s services over the years at Dubaipetfood.com. Initially, during our growth phase, he helped us structure our online marketing efforts, which was greatly needed. Later, as we expanded and built our own in-house team, Micky continued to be a valuable support, validating the marketing direction we took. In short, Micky knows what he is doing, he is passionate about it, and any team or project will benefit from his insights.
